God does not hate you but 'sin' that contaminate you

Have you ever thought of God as hater of a particular group of people?

God hates a particular group of people such as drunkards, idol worshippers, gays and lesbians, prostitutes and so much more.

How do you perceive God? Do you have a good image of God, good impression of God or a God that is so unaccepting,judgemental, angry or unloving? What is your initial impression of God?

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

In Romans 5:8, we read that God loves us so much that He sent His son Christ Jesus to die for our sins. That sacrifice of Blood from the Lord Jesus has cleansed and washed us as white as snow, that we are freed from the snare of sin. We can now become the child of God. How God loves all humanity??? He died while we were still sinning...

But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you so that he does not hear. Isaiah 59:2

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

It is clearly the sins in us that cause the separation between us and our Creator God. Because of our unconfessed sins, that made God's face from appearing to us humanity. It is sin that put a barrier between our relationship with the Creator God. So, it is sins that God hate because it builds a barrier and blocks our relationship with the Lord God. God wanted to have a relationship with us but without confessing our sins and putting our faith in Jesus Christ, we cannot have a relationship with God.

The sins in us does contaminate us over time if we are not confessing them to the Lord for forgiveness. For example, unforgiveness, holding grudges against someone for a long time - it will do us no good at all but draining our emotions over time and make us feel low. When we let go of someone who has offended us long time ago, we set ourselves FREE as well as the offender. Let God be the fair judge in the matter, my friends. Don't sit on the Judge's seat yourself, let God does that for you, trusting that God will repay them double for your trouble. Amen.

Or do you feel that God is against you in many ways even though you put your faith in Him??? You feel that God is not pleased with you, God might probably hate you dislike you. Please know that God is a God of Justice, God is a God of Peace to those He called. Are you His child, if you are (you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior) then rest assured that His love for you is unconditional. I would suggest you to pray to the Holy Spirit for clarity of the feelings and the noises around you, pray to God and ask Him for clarity, He will direct your heart. Sometimes the devil is around us and speaking deceit in our heart and mind and we might misinterpret the voices were from God! Be wise and Be sure to know that our God is a loving God, He is a positive and encouraging God. Remember the Bible says that Satan is the Father of ALL LIES, Satan loves to deceive, and more often, He loves so much to CONDEMN the elected people of God.

Whatever you feel condemned and put down - You need to know that Satan is the one doing it, Satan is the one pointing fingers at you. It's never God! Read through the Bible, you will know that Our God is a loving and compassionate God. Remember who Satan is, he is the Father of all lies, all deceits and all condemnation....Satan comes to destroy, kill and harm us (God's people), He is like a prowling lion, wanting any God's people to be devoured.

Don't let Satan do that!!!

Submit our thoughts, our minds to the Lordship of Jesus Christ daily.

Read His Word daily, fill your heart and mind with the Word of God, sing Him praises and stay alert in prayer at all times, pray to God for anything that is unclear, ask God to clarify things with you and He will definitely do that. Don't fall into the trap of Satan, listen carefully and detect falsehood!

May the love and power of God sustains you and keep you safe always. Amen.

Be washed and cleansed

"When you lift up your hands in prayer, I will not look! Though you offer many prayers, I will not listen, for your hands are covered with the blood of innocent victims."......

Okay here, the first part of Isaiah 1:15....you said...no...no I have never shed any innocent blood here...so this verse does not apply to me and I can skip that....I think this verse showed that, God cares for those who are the victims....we all have our past hurts and wounds...you might be the victim of child-abused, you might be the victim of some other things...God wants us not to mistreat others, put others into a victim of something that are bad to them. Here....it does sound seriously to me that God really does not want to see His people mistreating others while they in church acting like so spritual and fervent in prayers......but the way they treat others...behind close doors, they are pretty ugly to God. God sees through them and in here we see that God does not want it, He rejects to hear the prayers of those people.

Again...I feel the seriousness of coming to God with a purified heart and mind, we cannot hold anger in us when we approach God for some prayer requests, it said so clearly here, it just won't work for God. If you have not forgiven somebody and you come to God and ask Him for something, He won't answer you either. He clearly taught us that, if we don't forgive others, He will not forgive us either. That's no grey area here that we can earn His prayer answered.....if we don't forgive, He won't forgive us. If we hate others, it shows that we are not in the 'light'. 'light' and 'darkness' have nothing in common.....it's all in the Bible.

We cannot make up excuses for not following what the Bible says....and it is for our benefit that we can learn to be forgiving and loving. And it is for our benefit that we can have a proper relationship with God in our prayer time, we tune in to His good and righteous nature - He is a God who forgives, loves and accepts sinner....so if we say that we are His people, we have to do just that.

Okay, let's go for the second part of this verse....

"Wash yourselves and be clean! Get your sins out of my sight. Give up your evil ways, learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the Oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows. " Isaiah 1:15-17

The words seem very stern and strong here.....What can we do.....we need to wash ourselves and be clean. Wash ourselves here perhaps means - examining our own self....in 1 Corinthian somewhere it reminds us to examine ourselves in avoiding the judgement from God. Have we done that DAILY...not just weekly...but DAILY......why should it be a daily thing......(I guess it is because we are so sinful in our nature, the Apostle Paul says that we have nothing good in us.... we are under God's grace and God himself says to us, no one has ever wanted to seek Him, no one is righteous at all)

Without doing that daily.....perhaps we would become so stiff-necked, hard-hearted towards the discipline from God or we might become so puff up in our own knowledge about religion, or we won't even realize how much we did wrong in a day, if we do not examine ourselves closely.

If we did that examining of ourselves, God in His mercy and grace will forgive us. He will also strengthen us again to do good to others. So God also asks us to give up our sins and our evil ways....and we need to learn to do good....

And you can read the rest......we need to maintain and uphold justice in society.....we need to speak up when we should....help those who are oppressed....help the needy around us, defend the orphans....speak up for what is right and fight for the widows too. For me, it's like a sum up of helping those who are in need, speaking up for those who cannot speak up for themselves, fight (stand by) those who are weak, and fight for them (stand by them, be with them, support them).

Let us put them into practice, come to God without a face mask, no hiding, no pretending..come to Him boldly, be true to ourselves and to God.

3 new ebooks just released this early 2026!

💕Hi readers,

I feel inspired by God to write about several Bible Characters this 2026 and I have picked Job and the Apostle Paul so far. I personally like about the Apostle Paul for his firm faith in the Lord though in times past, he persecuted God's church with a misdirected zeal and how dedicated his life has been after his encounter with Jesus; Job is also a character I like especially his endurance in physical and bodily hardship and how his so-called friends were there not to support and comfort him but to mock and accuse him and how Job remained steadfast in not following his wife's advise to curse God. He endured a great deal! God blessed him so much more after what he patiently endured.

And I also felt prompted to write another 30 days prayer book for Christians of all ages - "Leaning onto God for 30 days". My first 30 days prayer book was written especially for the hurting parents - "30 Days Intercessory Prayer Book: For the hurting parents", encourage them to pray with the full armour of God against the evil forces.

Apart from just writing ebooks on Amazon Kindle. This 2026, I started to record audio books as well -- at the moment I have most of my written ebooks converted to audio books and I am the narrator also.

God Rules

God rules....are you honouring this truth?

How are you behaving as a leader towards other people? Does God put you in a leadership role? How are you treating your fellow believers? Do you know who is really in charge of you and the people in your group? Do you see God rules! Do you see that you yourself are the 'servant' of God? Or do you see yourself as the 'boss'?

Who authorises you in position of leadership?

Do you see God rules??

I feel a need to address this matter! Regardless of where we are serving or working. We need not forget about God - He rules over all, He rules over you and me. No matter what position we are holding, we are to FEAR GOD above all else.

We need to know by heart that GOD is watching all of us - especially how we treat other people. God does not say that we are to mistreat non-believers and favour only believers. We are as God's people shall treat people the same, not showing favouritism. How do you so sure that you are going to heaven, and non-believers are all bad people and going to hell? How can you be so confident?

We are all so familiar with the scripture:

And He gives grace generously. As the Scriptures say, 'God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.' James 4:6

Here, God doesn't oppose only those who are non-believers and proud. God refers to all those that are proud in the heart, that will include believers as well. And the humble - not just believers but also include the non-believers.

See Matthew 10:42, 'And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward.'

Well, in here...God mentioned ANYONE and that person.

God does not specifically say, only believers. Anyone and that person who did an act of kindness to those who are God's disciple will receive their reward for sure.

Have we ever received kindness from non-believers? Or we never?

I received more grace and kindness from those who are not God's people just be honest. It is sarcastic but true. It made me feel sad in the spirit and it acts as a reminder for me as God's people to behave better towards outsider and those who are non-believers. I shall behave and react better since God's spirit is living within me. He has the transformation power and He is real to me.

When we realise that everything we have come from the Lord. We will start to live a life of honouring God to those around us - either christian or non-christian. Do examine your own leadership style and see if you have been dishonouring God in any way - turn and repent, realising God rules not you. God is the leader and good shepherd and not you! You are only a 'servant' of God. When you lead others, you are only serving them, not overpowering or overruling them! You have a boss up in heaven watching you all the time. FEAR GOD - you are accountable to Him. He will judge the living and the dead. Amen.

Read Jeremiah 50:6; Ezekiel 34 and Zechariah 10:3 *the bad and false shepherd*

May the Lord have mercy on all of us - those who are in leadership position. May we never mistreat our fellow in Christ but to demonstrate 'servant-like' leadership to truly serve and love one another. Amen.

Jesus - The Great High Priest

Jesus - from the tribe of Judah instead of the tribe of Levi (the priesthood of Levi, where the law was based). Jesus is a priest in the order of Melchizedek as we read in Hebrews 7 which described Melchizedek is greater than Abraham.

So, Jesus is in the order of Melchizedek. Consider how great this Melchizedek was and even Abraham paid a tenth to him. It is obvious that the person who has the power to give a blessing is greater than the one who is blessed. (See Hebrews 7:4-7)

The psalmist prophesied the greatness of Jesus - 'You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.' Jesus became a priest not by meeting the physical requirement of belonging to the tribe of Levi. Jesus became a priest by the "power of a life" that cannot be destroyed! Therefore, as believers of God, we have a BETTER HOPE in Jesus - Jesus is the confidence of a BETTER HOPE for us. And through Him, we draw near to God. Amen.

Jesus is our BETTER HOPE - through Jesus, we draw near to God. Jesus Christ is our great High Priest. Amen. (Hebrews 7:19)

Jesus lives forever and His priesthood lasts forever! He can save those who come to God through Him. He lives forever to intercede with God on our behalf - Hebrews 7:25

What an assurance we have in the name of Jesus. What a comfort to know that Jesus, our Great High Priest is there to intercede with God on our behalf! He is there for us helping us and assisting us by His holy spirit. We are never alone! We are never alone!

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you so much for Your son Jesus Christ to be our Great High Priest. We can have a better hope in the name of Jesus and we have an intercessor up in Heaven to pray on our behalf. How blessed we really are. Lord, bless our heart with this assurance today and know that we are never alone. You are there for us always. We praise you Lord and we thank you! Amen.

'Kingdom' Fight

What are you fighting for this new year 2026?

The past has gone and the new has come. May the new year brings you good hope and encouragement. In the bible, God reminded us that there's a real fight for each of us as His believers. We cannot exempt ourselves from that fight but to face it and learn to fight it well with God's help.

1 Timothy 6:12, 'Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.'

It is our 'faith' in Christ Jesus that can overcome this world. Do you believe it? Do you believe that by believing who Jesus Christ is can overcome all sorts of doubts created in this world? For example, your identity, your ability, your social status, your culture, etc. Have you been defining who you are by the standard of this world? Have you been defining your ability and gifts by your family members or colleagues? Have you been chasing your social status in order to be made known by others? Have you been following your own culture instead of following Christ Jesus?

Who shall define you and me? It is by this world standards or by the standard of God?

Who shall we chase after? social status, fame...??

Who shall be our main focus? Who shall be the 'center' in our life?

Our 'faith' in the Lord - what He has done for us (He made us holy and righteous by dying up on the Cross for you and me; He cleansed our sins and made us pure before the eyes of God by His shed blood for you and me; He redeemed us from the grave of death and we are now belong to God, we have a renewed relationship with our heavenly Father, we are no longer hostile toward God!)

1 John 5:4, 'For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.'

Do you remember all these? Those are the facts we need to remember when the devil is throwing 'doubts' over us for who we are in Christ. Jesus has already done it - He is our Salvation, He is our Redeemer, He is our Saviour. Amen!!

So brothers and sisters, let us fight the good fight of our faith this 2026! Be filled with the joy of the Lord and be of good cheer in our walk with the Lord. For all our efforts will NOT be in vain. We will reap what we sow in the new year. Be ready and Be willing to learn from God whatever He has for you this new year. Fight well. Amen.

✅Remember the Lord has provided everything we need for the fight🙌!!

Ephesians 6:10-18 about The Armor of God

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Be a servant of God

Serving Him...Serving Him with the gifts He has so graciously given us.

In Romans 12:3, we are reminded to 'not think of ourselves so highly' than we should. Instead, the Bible instructed us to 'be modest in our thinking, and judge ourselves according to the amount of faith that God has given us.' In 1 Corinthians 12:10, we learned that God has given each one of us many different gifts - some has the ability to discern things; some has the ability to speak God's message; some has the ability to do works of miracle; some has the ability to speak in strange tongues...

All the things in us - our gifts and talents - they are originally from GOD.

None of our gifts and talents or even good health, good looking appearance is originated from us at all!

That's why we (the creatures) are to serve God alone - God is our Creator, God is our Father. God is supreme over all humanity. We are humans, we weren't God. We are to SERVE GOD therefore. A straight-forward response to what the love of God poured out on us. A straight-forward response to SERVE GOD rightly (when I say 'rightly' - it refers to our attitude to God, we need to have the right mindset in serving God).

"Right" mindset in serving God - serve God for who He is, not what He can do for us. Serve God because He is up above us, We are down below. We are His creation, He is our Creator. He is powerful, He is Sovereign. He is the all-knowing God. We do not lift ourselves up when we truly serve GOD. We don't steal the credits, we don't take the credits, we honour GOD for Who He is to us. We give Him all the thanks and praise. We give Him all the credits. We bow down as His servants in adoration and awe.

Are you in leadership role, in mentorship role, in pastoral role???? Let's pause for a minute and be honest with ourselves....ask the questions:

Do I feel so important in the organisation/church because of my role?
Am I higher than others in the organisation/church because of my role?
Am I the boss, I have the most say and others have to listen to me because of my role?
Am I doing what I am doing in the organisation/church because of my qualification in A and B institute/Bible college?

Who qualified me for that particular role? Who put me in that particular role? Who is the real boss?

Whatever role you are in...oh dear brothers and sisters...

Understand who you are working for? God put you in that position for a divine purpose. He has a mission and vision for you. You are to carry out that mission and vision faithfully. You are not your own boss. God is your boss. You don't qualify yourself by the so-called qualifications in the world. God himself qualifies you for your role, for what you do. You do it for Him, for His glory. The glory is not yours. The honour is not yours. All glory and honour belong to God alone, not yours.

2 Corinthians 3:5, 'not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God.' ASV

In AMP version says, ' Not that we are sufficiently qualified in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency and qualifications come from God.'

In Romans 12:2, reminds us that 'Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing and perfect will.'

Repent if you have taken the honour and glory from the Lord. Give back the honour and glory to God right now. Don't take pride in what you do, acting like you own it, you do it and you have it yourself. Drop your prideful thinking. Surrender your pride and ego. Give all thanks and praise back to God right now.

May we do ALL THINGS UNTO THE LORD. UNTO HIM. Unto Him belongs all the glory and honour. Amen!!

Only when we do all things unto His glory and honour that we are truly His servant, that we are truly SERVING HIM and not ourselves.

May we carry the attitude of a faithful servant, to serve God with our whole heart and diligent. Thanks be to God!!

Be the one God created you to be

Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands. Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, ...Ephesians 5:22-33

“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” Ephesians 5:31

He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female..Matthew 19:4

But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ Mark 10:6

Indeed, we can look through the Bible and see the heart of God and the design of God for humanity and when it comes to marriage and what God has created male and female to be, husband and wife. We can't deny the design of God - He has a purpose for both male and female. He knit them together as husband and wife for a purpose.

The bible is very plain in this, either you read the Bible in other languages, the message is clear. God created 'man' and 'woman'. We don't find any passages saying that same sex are in marriage or we as the creature can choose our own sexuality, we can do whatever we think is right. Why can't we?

1 Corinthians 6:19-20,"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

We see that we are not our own but God's creation. We all belong to God who is the Creator of us all, unless you do not believe there's a God created you and me. Unless you do not think so. If you do know there's a God created you and me, then we shall know that our body is the temple of God (the Holy Spirit is in you, living in you when you confessed that Jesus Christ is your personal Savior). We are bought at a high price which cost Jesus his own life for our sins. We are purified and live with a clear conscience because of the Blood of Jesus. So, our whole being belong to God alone and we do not have the final say but God. We are not the ruler of our own being but our submission shall be to the God who created us. Whatever we think is right, does not mean it is right in the sight of God. We need to align what we think and feel to the WORD OF GOD instead. For His Word is the ONLY TRUTH!

Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Psalm 100:3

Are you struggling with your sexuality? Struggling is one thing, knowing the fact is another thing and actually the most important thing you need to hold onto - the fact is that God created you to be a male or a female, God created you for a purpose even you might not feel it or see it right now. Perhaps you would rather be to be the opposite sex or you might wonder in your heart, why not created me to be the opposite sex, i felt like or thought like the opposite sex sometimes. You might feel uncomfortable with the sex God created you to be right now. Somehow FACT IS FACT and God created you to be a particular sex and God has a purpose for you.

Seek you, pour out your heart to Him now. It is okay to get a bit confused or frustrated. God is there and please take the time and courage to seek Him and pour out your heart, ask Him for things you do not understand, believe and know that God is there for you, He will give you all understanding. Pray that the Holy Spirit will guide you into all truths, let the love of God to shield you from all deception. I know that God will guide you and give you clarity for your next step.

We all struggle in many different ways in our lives on earth. Confusion, deception and temptation are all around us by the way. Yield to Jesus, Turn to Him in faith, Pour out your heart to Him. He loves you so dearly!

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Corinthians 3:17

Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free. Psalm 118:5

So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32

“Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name. When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. Psalm 91:14-15

Get down to the 'heart' level

Many of us have possessed the head knowledge of who God is, what He is like...through the reading of Bible and reference books...yes reference books are helpful tools for us ...reading Bible is definitely a crucial thing to know our God....strengthen what we actually believe in....when non-believers came and challenge us..we are able to show them our knowledge in God....YET....we need to also focus on the 'heart' ....not just the 'head'.

'Head' knowledge gives you the facts of God...

'Heart' knowledge gives you 'REAL experience' of what God is really like to you in a personal level.

For instance...some people experienced the mercy and grace of God so richly that you can't imagine they were such a scum, or outcast in the past....sometimes the more rebels they used to be, the more grace and mercy they experienced from God...the clearer they know about God's characters...

For some....they were not too rebellious in the past and when the time they received Christ, they still look like such a good person....for others...they might not see any big difference between their former life and the new life right now.....they can hardly distinguish the differences...

In this..I am not suggesting we should go on sinning and so that the glory of the Lord might shine through us more...NO NO...

But the truth still stands....

Sometimes we do not know a thing if we have not made a mistake....like young children or even adults....we learn more through making mistakes..don't we? When we experienced hardship, realizing we cannot handle the situation, then we cast our cares on God, totally relying on Him....and that moment is the moment God can shine through you, that God can perform His might in your situation....as long as we let go of our own situation and give the situation to Him....His light would shine in our situation and His might will be able to be shown....so we have to let Him.....

'Heart' experience is similar in that....we might need to learn through difficulty in order to experience the power and might of God....so that in our hearts...we know and we know that God exists, we know that we know that God is faithful and true.....with 'head' knowledge, all we can proclaim is whats in the Bible...but with 'heart' knowledge comes the testimony of our faithful and truthful God...and that's the difference!!
